Mayte began working with us while she was still a senior in high school, where she took accounting for 3 years.  Through their internship program, she was able to gain real-world experience in the accounting profession before she even graduated from high school.  "I enjoy working in the accounting field because I am all about helping others and that's what accounting is about," says Mayte.  "What I like about working with Joanne is that we get to build a relationship with our clients.  Our clients know who is working on their account."

Mayte continues to work at Joanne Martone, Inc. while she takes college accounting courses.  "I am ready to take the next step.  I'll attend community college for two years, then transfer to Arizona State University to finish my degree in accounting."
