Flash Drives

A few years ago, Joanne Martone, Inc began offering their client's a tax returns stored on a flash drive.  It was such a success that we have continued utilizing the feature.

Here's how it works . . .   Instead of a big, bulky envelope that has your tax returns and supporting documents in it, you'll receive a 1G flash drive that is about the size of a credit card.  Sometimes, people have a lot of flash drives at their homes, so we engraved it with the firm logo so that you'll always know that it contains your tax returns.  On the flash drive, you'll find a PDF file that contains your income tax return and scanned images of the supporting documents.  This is really convenient if you need to provide anyone, like financial aid or loan officers, with copies of your tax returns during the year just print the pages that they need.

You'll also find copies of every tax return our office prepared for you going back as far as 2002, plus the supporting documents.

Then, you can bring it back every year and keep adding tax returns to it.  Some of our clients have more than 20 tax returns stored on their flash drives already.

The cost is only $25.  I know you'll enjoy getting rid of all of those old tax documents.

If you have any questions, please feel free to e-mail us or call us at 623.934.1255.

Web-based tax organizers and returns

We know you are busy, so we created web-based tax organizers and tax returns.  Just logon to our secure website, complete the worksheets, scan or fax your supporting documents, and we'll do the rest.  When your returns are finished, you will have 24/7 access to them anytime you need them.  Simply print the pages you need for bankers and college financial aid.

4 Reasons to E-file

Over 90% of our clients e-file their tax returns each year!  Why?

1. There's nothing to mail

2. The government copies of your tax returns don't have to be printed on paper, so it's better for the environment

3. Your refunds arrive sooner so you don't have to wait so long for your money

4. You receive confirmation that your tax returns were accepted by the IRS, so there's no chance that it got lost in the mail

If you'd like to learn more about e-filing your tax returns, this brochure will answer your questions.  icon e-file (245.5 kB)
